Introduction

Well its been a long journey and keeps continue in diving into the world of infrastucture orchestration. But let's not digress !

Started awhile back spawning virtual machines and playing with Linux and OSX iso. I learned and experimented a lot along the way, thanks to the 👏awesome community behind Proxmox 👏 and Proxmox community scripts 🎉.

The advent of services (especially as self hosted guy) introduced me into 🤖 LXCs, dockers, podman, containerization, all the jargon that encapsulate one thing ~~ Running apps into its simplest form onto the most lightweight system.

Pretty cool right !

For a time, (and still relevant in some case) I was all in, firing dockers after dockers apps, you know that YAML compose file together with docker cli 👨‍💻, felt really satisfying, being able to own my data was and still is a real pleasure. However I quickly realized how addictive and redundant deploying all those containers can become.

Yet another blog talking about how good homelab techies are in this era of artificial intelligence !

Well rest assured, this ain't gonna be only that.

I decided to create this space to have a written tech garden where I can digest what I've learn into more cozy and relaxing articles. Share with my peers to extend my perspective, consolidate my knowledge and give back to new comers. To share tips and hopefully save people's time from headaches.
